    The Why

Some time ago I started perusing local blogs and media in pursuit of news and happenings in Downtown Raleigh. Being native [for all intents and purposes] and spending all my time in and around Downtown, I was always eager to share things I found with people whom I forcibly decided should care.

Over the months, that very short list of people I emailed when I found something has grown longer and turned into a daily occurance with a variety of tidbits. This is mostly here to archive those daily emails.

If you stumbed upon this site and would like to be added to that list, just shoot me an email and let me know!
